We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Insurance Underwriting Support. This position is ideal for someone with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and a passion for contributing to the insurance industry. As a member of our support staff, you will work under close supervision to execute routine tasks that are vital to the Insurance Underwriting process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review Correspondences and Records: Under close supervision, examine and assess correspondences and records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Document Filing: Electronically file all relevant documents, maintaining an organized and accessible record-keeping system.
- Inspection Review: Assist in the review of inspections, ensuring that all necessary information is documented and accounted for.
- Mail Room Processes: Handle general mail room tasks, including folding outgoing mail, logging incoming mail, and scanning documents for digital records.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Open to candidates with all education levels.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and data.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and under close supervision.
Pay and Benefits:
- Hourly Pay: $20 per hour

Additional Information:
- This is a non-IT consultant role with a focus on providing essential support to the Insurance Underwriting team.
- The position does not offer relocation assistance, and visa sponsorship eligibility is not available.
- Hybrid role; 3 days on-site and 2 days remote.
