Position Title: Senior Business Consultant

Position Description:

A Senior Business Consultant is a key member of the consulting team, responsible for providing billable business consulting and training services to clients utilizing the CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) system. This role requires expertise in financials, cost accounting, MRP, planning and scheduling, project management, process modeling, and system implementation methodology, specifically in the context of discrete manufacturing consulting with CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) product.

Primary Objectives:

The primary objectives of the Senior Business Consultant include executing and implementing project plans, on-site client interaction, developing deliverable documentation, end-user training, analyzing and recommending solutions for complex tactical-level problems, manufacturing business process analysis and modeling, test plan development, system testing, and internal and external status reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute and implement project plans.
  • Engage in on-site client interaction.
  • Develop deliverable documentation for customers.
  • Conduct end-user training.
  • Analyze and recommend solutions for complex tactical-level problems.
  • Perform manufacturing business process analysis and modeling.
  • Develop test plans and conduct system testing.
  • Provide internal and external status reporting.

Position Requirements, Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • SyteLine 8 or 9 proficiency is required; SyteLine 6 or older is recommended.
  • 3+ years of SyteLine product experience in a consulting role with implementation.
  • 5+ years of experience in client industries served by Infor, focusing on forecasting, scheduling, planning, logistics, and manufacturing.
  • APICS Certified (CPIM) is recommended.
  • In-depth knowledge of finite scheduling, simulation, or solver-based optimization.
  • Experience implementing forecasting, planning, and scheduling software.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in an analytical field (MIS, math, operations research, engineering, logistics, or science).
  • Excellent analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel 25-50% within the US (infrequent international travel may be required).
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Access, Oracle/SQL (beginner level), and general MS navigation.

Candidate Must-Haves:

The ideal candidate must align with critical requirements, including 3+ years of experience with Godlan's products and deep technical knowledge.

  2. HR Director review.
  3. MS Teams call with Decision Maker.
  4. Interviews with Supervisor and Supervisor's Supervisor.
  5. Technical call.
  6. Panel Review.
