They are looking to add a Senior Engineering Project Manager to their growing team. This role will focus on the design, construction, and management of infrastructure related to the petrochemical projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years working on multiple projects at once, focused on petrochemical projects. They possess a positive attitude and believe strongly in collaboration, teamwork, and cross-functional partnerships within the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and support staff, to achieve project objectives and deliver high-quality results.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Ensure that engineering deliverables meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to ensure financial success.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, addressing engineering challenges and ensuring the application of best practices.
- Conducts cost analysis throughout the project to determine estimates to complete and/or additional funding requirements.
- Ensures compliance with client contractual requirements, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience working in the office on multiple projects with a team, working across many disciplines
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving acumen.
- Proactive and initiative-driven, anticipating client needs and ability to juggle multiple projects with quality results

Education & Experience:
- A licensed Professional Engineer (PE) license is required / Louisiana.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of petrochemical project-related project management experience.
